1対1でのボールキープ
今日も6時起きで1時間の練習。
コーン練習から始まり、フェイント練習、1対1、シュート練習などを行った。
コーン練習のインインは、焦るとボールコントロールがままならないこともあるが、結構スムーズにできるようになってきた。しかし、アウトアウトはいけてない。特に左足のアウトサイド、相変わらず、つま先を外に向けられず、ターンをする際にボールが戻らず、そのまま外にでていってしまう。。もう少し意識してやらせないといけない。
フェイントの方は、まだまだぎこちないが、一応形にはなてきている。短い練習時間ではあるけれども、毎日やることで少しずつではあるけれども上達しているみたい。
さて、1対1。まだまだ体の使い方が悪く、ボールと敵の間に自分が入ってボールを守るという意識が弱い。また、敵を抑えるのに意識が集中しすぎるとボールキープがおぼつかなくなる。逆にボールを意識しすぎると、視線がずっとボールにくぎ付けになってしまう。コーンで４ｍ×４ｍのグリッドをつかってやっているが、その中で上手くボールキープができるようになれば試合でももう少し落ち着いてボールが持てるようになる。
シュートの方はキックの練習の成果なのか、最近キック力もついてきて、トラップが失敗して後ろにいったところで、振り向きざまシュートなどもやってみたり、自分でいろいろ試している。ついつい息子には厳しく接してしまうけれども、褒めて自信をつけさせることで、子どもも積極的に取り組むことを改めて実感した。
明日はリーグ戦。しかし、天気予報は雨。。。今年に入って週末になると雨ということが多い。
